-Excellent Teamwork spirit. 
-Minimum of bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics. 
-Over 8 years direct manufacture working experience.
-Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (engineering, marketing, researching, standardization).
-Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking.
-Must welcome challenges.
-Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
