Sales Manager

Role Summary/Purpose

The China Wireline Sales Manager is focused on growing Company Oilfield Technology’s customer base throughout the region. This role offers a fantastic career growth opportunity as you help Oilfield Technology penetrate dynamic, fast growth markets with industry-leading products designed to address some of the most demanding applications. In addition, you will influence the future of the business by providing voice of the customer to support high impact Oilfield Technology projects.


Essential Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed key metrics for orders, sales, profitability, market share, account retention.
- Provide technical support for application and installation proposal efforts.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved as measured by Net Promoter Score and other customer metrics.
- Support the development of new business by working with the Product Line Leaders to create strategic growth plans.
- Coordinate relationships and interfaces with Commercial Operations, Technical Marketing, Product management and other functions.
- Establish and maintain influential relationships at all levels of internal and external customers and prospects.


Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.- At least 7 years of Oilfield Services industry experience, with a focus on Wireline (cased/open hole).- At least 2 years in a sales role.- Willingness and ability to travel the majority of the time.
