National Sales Manager
Summary of Role
Full Responsibility for the leadership of the HVAC Business Area within the Munters China Business Unit. Specifically financial performance, sales and marketing, organizational development and people management.
The role does not include responsibility for the Legal Entity.

Key Responsibilities & Activities
Profit & Loss Responsibility for the HVAC Business Area (BA) in China and Deliver NS, OI, GM, OE of HVAC business in China Mainland
Leadership and development of the local HAVC organization, Drive department with a growth as vision and Create processes for sales department
Identification and resolution of training and development needs
Work with BA Management in creating the area price / distribution Strategy and Channel management within China
Establish and maintain sales channels for the BA's Products and Services
Contribute to and implement agreed market communications plan
Develop and maintain customer relationship Management Protocol
Ensure the development of optimal product/customer mix
New Product introduction
Provision of market intelligence data.
Timely reporting of required Business information regarding the Area
Promote collaboration between Business Areas and Divisions within Munters China
Key personnel succession planning
Open new branches where so is needed

Competence Requirements
Business or Engineering Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years experience in a Global Company in sales area.
At least 3 years management experience in Sales is required, Good at motivating people and team management.
Analytical, Demonstrable leadership track record
Market development experience in China
Experience from the Air treatment market segments an advantage
Extremely Strong communication skills-oral and written. Chinese & English
PC skills-Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, Power Point.
High inner energy and Goal-oriented.
Adapt to traveling on business
