Aviation Spare Parts Representative

Main Responsibilities:
-To promote and stimulate spare parts sales to all Embraer Chinese customers through special programs and standard sales in order to assure the annual revenue target to the company and the minimum level of stock investment of our customers.
-To coordinate with customer order desk and any other necessary interface areas in SJK and other sites to respond to customer’s inquiries and purchase orders within the time frame as per different priorities.
-To provide all necessary support for the preparation and realization of the Spare Parts and Logistics Workshop for EOC (Embraer Operators Conference), involving headquarter areas, vendors, customers and BJG Material Team.
-To maintain a trustable relationship with customers through a consistent and regular direct face to face contact in a regular frequency.
-To talk with Procurement Areas of our customers about account receivable status, in order to reduce the overdue amount and maintain customers account in a healthy condition and support our financial with the payments missing.
